- All hardware and software is subject to availability.
- All hardware is new and carries the original manufacturers warranty.
- Systems do not include computers.
- There will be an additional cost for shipping on all systems, hardware, and software. Shipping is available via FedEx and UPS. Please contact us for exact shipping costs.
- Products usually arrive within 2-10 days from receipt of payment (based on product availability).
- Payment can be made by Money Order or Cashiers Check.
- Sales tax does not apply for orders purchased and delivered outside of the state of Arizona.
- Point Of Sale Specialists does provide support, at an additional charge, for assisting in installing and
configuring your software and hardware. See "Installation Services" section on our website for pricing information.
- Purchaser is responsible for verifying that the credit card readers and software are properly programmed and that
the credit card transactions are being properly processed by the processor at the correct transaction fee.
- Point Of Sale Specialists is not responsible for down time or lost revenue due to failure of the products to
perform as required.
- Purchaser is responsible for software review prior to purchase and will agree to abide by the software licensing
agreements for any software purchased.
- Purchaser is responsible for review of hardware to ensure it is in working order. If within 15 days of receipt,
hardware or software is found to be defective, Point Of Sale Specialists will provide a working replacement as soon as practical.
After the 15 days all defective hardware and software will be subject to the manufacturers warranty.
- There will be no refunds for software or hardware purchases.
